Navigate your way to a coffee and chat on 26th March

Have you found it difficult to find the right activity for you?  Are you interested in a walking club, exercise class or a social group to help improve your health? You may need help to access other sources of support such as counselling.

The Stockton Service Navigation Project offers one to one support  to help you improve your health and wellbeing by supporting you to access a range of activities. Their aim is to help people increase their confidence, control, independence, reduce stress and isolation and live healthier lives.

On 26th March 2015, between 11.00am and 1pm, they will be at the Billingham Food Bank, 4-6 West Precinct, Billingham Town Centre.  (near Boyes)

Pop in for a coffee, some cake or a biscuit to find out more about how the service can help you. There will be someone from the Project to chat to and some useful information on healthy eating.
